Scout seems to be handling his first round of Chemo ok. He's eating, and alert, and grooming himself, and affectionate, and even going poopies!
Katy is another matter entirely. She infected herself during her activities on Thursday and now has aspiration pneumonia. She started throwing up last night and couldn't stop, so we ended up back at the emergency clinic. Three hours later, we were home. She got an anti-nausea and antibiodic shot. She's feeling better today, with no fever, but still has some hard breathing. She's eating a little bit and has gotten some sleep. We are just trying to keep her from getting excited, because that aggrivates her breathing. She may end up spending the day at the vet tomorrow for observation.
Scout goes Tuesday morning to the oncologist.
I will update if anything changes.
