Scout has been feeling better. We gave him his chemo pill yesterday, and so far, no nausea. We got the new meds, and are giving him the appetite stimulant through the topical gel by applying it on his ear. So far, he doesn't have a problem with it. We got the metronidozole in the capsule, which makes it a whole lot easier to give him. We are getting the combo steroid/metro capsule, and so we might only have to give him pills once a day, and topicals the rest, which would be really great.
This morning, Scout was seen playing with a catnip bag. He chewed on it and tossed it up in the air. It's the best he's felt in a week. Hopefully, he will keep it up. We go back to Dr. E for a checkup on Monday.
