Katy has done a whole lot better since her last visit to the vet. Two great nights with a pretty good night sandwiched in between. She didn't cough at all until about 5:30 am on Friday morning, and Saturday morning, she started a croupy cough around 3:30, and we moved into the living room. She was a little restless and sounded congested, but settled down around 5:00 and was okay the rest of the day. She didn't cough at all last night and was in very good spirits this morning. I started giving her half a pepcid hidden in a dollop of peanut butter (and placed in the freezer for a couple of hours to stiffen up) at bed time. The vet said it might help with the vomiting at night, to keep the acid levels down during the night with the empty stomach. So far, it is working.

Katy sleeps by the back door or in her doghouse on the atrium when she is outside.
Max's fravorite spot is by the back door, looking out onto the atrium and backyard.
