Medical Update

So far, (knock wood) the new med levels are working for Max. We don't know if moving them closer to two, tweleve hour doses made any difference at all, but it certainly didn't hurt, and he has been seizure-free since then (knock wood again).

Katy has had a few rough nights, but we are so use to that by now that I don't even feel compelled to post it when it happens. She is still horribly underweight, and unfathomably happy. She certainly has every reason to lay around the house depressed, but just this morning she "took Max down" for his misbehavior and then sat down next to me wagging her tail as if to say, "Look what I did! I took care of it so you don't have to! Don't you want to pet me?" Right now they are both settling down for their morning naps.

Scout and PJ have been getting along great (but I didn't tell you that), and were wrestling and playing chase yesterday. Scout even licked PJ's leg! Of course, we assumed he was tasting him and that a bite would soon follow. It did. But it was cute watching them play. It is much cuter watching them do this during the day as opposed to say, one in the morning!

But all in all, our brood is doing well (knock wood a third time).
