Now, I have alwas disapproved of clothing for animals. I've always felt they are not dolls, and therefore should not be subjected to "dress up." However, since we are still trying to get Katy to gain weight, we thought that the less energy she used trying to keep warm, the better chance she had of actually putting on some pounds. So, when we were at PetSmart last weekend, we got Katy a sweater. Surprisingly, she has not tried to get it off or rip it to shreads. In fact, when she had to go an afternoon without wearing it, because it was being laundered, she was very excited when I brought it back to her to put on.
